Abstract :
This paper presents a spatio-temporal video objects abstraction algorithm based on the motion window generation. Motion window is generated through detecting motion region, then video objects abstraction is proceeded in the interior of motion window and computation can be greatly reduced. In this paper, a new hierarchical partition algorithm is presented which is accordance with visual properties. Regions are merged according to their motion similarity. Experimental results demonstrate the performance of this algorithm.
