For constructing the security system of logistics transform to the modern service industry and providing more high-quality logistics services to the uttermost for demand side, this paper analyses the current logistics under financial crisis, points out the opportunities and challenges and gives some suggestions to realize logistics transform to the modern service, such as perfecting industry management system, changing the service consciousness, optimizing infrastructure and enhancing the talent training and so on.
