Abstract
A channel interleave assignment strategy has been developed for personal communication services. The channel interleave assignment algorithm for a three-dimensional frequency reuse environment is discussed in detail. The reuse distance and the spectral efficiency are computed. Results show that the better spectrum utilization can be obtained by means of the channel interleave
