Abstract :
Hosting the The IEEE Region Student Paper Contest Finals at MELECON is a long tradition. This year´s Student Paper Contest received 17 papers from 17 Student Branches in 12 countries. The five papers in this Chapter have been selected for presentation at the oral finals. The jury members for the 2004 SPC are listed.
