  • Abstract
Most applications of EV-nanopowders are due to their sintering, e.g. obtaining conducting layers of metals on dielectric, semi-conducting or metallic surfaces, obtaining nanostructural materials by the powders mixtures sintering, obtaining the soldering paste, etc. Powders sintering is characterized by the temperature, process duration as well as by the properties of the material obtained or the article, such as the density, conductance and morphology. The temperature of sintering depends on the material nature.
