Abstract :
According to the big difference of dielectric constant between water and petroleum product, a on-line measure method of petroleum product´s humidity is researched based on electromagnetism oscillation technique. The measure theory of humidity is detailed introduced, the sensor structure and measure circuit is designed based on cylindrical capacitors, the effect factor of measure method is analyzed and eliminated. In order to improve the precision of measure, the temperature sampling software in far away and disposal system in later is designed. The experiment proved that the method is viable and its error is less than 3%.
