This paper focuses on the relation between EI of leaders and the leadership effectiveness. Empirical studies are used to examine the significance of EI in organization. We have collected questionnaire survey data from eight different enterprises and certificated that the EI of leaders has a significant positive impact on the out-role performance and organizational commitment of subordinates.
