With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, electronic commerce as a new industry, bring new development opportunities for the economic development of the world. China´s e-commerce starts late, the electronic commerce theory research is still in its infancy, the business model and profitability still exist many deficiencies, which will inevitably hinder the development of e-commerce businesses. E-commerce as the new economic era of a specific application, its very nature or by the use of advanced information technology in business, information technology is a kind of carrier; the core is still business model. E-commerce business model and profitability is developed in the theory and practice of e-commerce, and further in-depth the traditional e-commerce business model and profitability innovation. Therefore, the study of e-commerce business model and profitability has been developed for e-commerce business, and the upcoming start of the e-commerce businesses, has important significance. This paper studies e-commerce listed companies the major source of income and expenses cost, analyzes our country electronic commerce listed enterprise core competitiveness, and put forward the way to reduce costs and measures to improve China´s ecommerce industry´s core competitiveness.
