Algorithmic providing for the control systems of the flexible manufacturing systems

Efficiency of the control systems of the flexible automated manufacturing systems depends on the problems solved by the control systems and on the quality of the information obtained. An important criterion of the information quality is its validity. In the paper the problem of providing with the information validity is solved within the subsystem of the information processing, which general structure is shown. The present subsystem was developed-based on the two-level estimation system in which on the lower level the identification of the signal sections with the specified structural properties is carried out. On the upper level the current processing of the identified sections is performed with the filters allowing one to obtain the most reliable estimations.
