Abstract :
Near equal stoichiometric TiNi, TiPd and TiPt are Ti-platinum race films, all of which have shape memory effect. However. the phases of TiPd and TiPt transform at much higher temperature. It is proposed that the phase transition temperatures be related with the component atomic weight. Discussions are given, as is the characteristics of lattice vibration of Ti-Platinum race films.
