Abstract :
In modern systems of industrial processes automation the devices of the coordinate tables type for objects displacements in space are widely used. The given devices being in most of cases two-coordinate electromechanical servo drives belong to expensive complex technical systems. In this connection the search for more simple technical solutions of this function devices is very important. One, of such directions is the design of the construction of coordinate tables with electromagnetic drives without intermediates for the moving transform. Based on the studied constructions of coordinate tables and electromagnetic drives the construction of two-coordinate mechanotronic moving module with electromagnetic drive was developed. We consider mode of functioning by an example of the flat displacement over one coordinate. Simplified construction of the moving module is shown.
