Although the highly balanced continuous working mode of flow construction generates great benefits, the dissertation of principle in flow construction management, especially for organization of flow precess with asynchronous rhythms is not well-knit, unified, integrated, etc. To reasonably calculate the construction period of multiple construction layers of flow precess with asynchronous rhythms, there are two points are analysised and proof from fundamental of flow precess in this paper. First, to calculate step of continuous construction in the flow precess, we have bought up a reverse step of continuous construction. Second, Gantt chart of multiple construction layers which is based on the characteristics of flow precess with asynchronous rhythms and the simple formula for flow duration in this project are proposed.
