Abstract :
In practical application of the model it is necessary to take into account that the particles having left the cloud, overcome the distance up to the earth surface subjecting to the action of the wind blowing from the point of the removal out of the cloud up to the point of fall-out. The underlying surface is supposed to be even and smooth, hence, in practical calculations it is necessary to introduce the asperity of the underlying surface. As the particles in the cloud are supposed to be radioactive it is necessary to introduce the laws of radioactive decay into the calculations to correct the quantitative and nuclide composition of the pollution.
