Based on the prior research, this article begins with the definition of the concept of corporation reputation and the brief analysis of the process of the reputation repair. Then through reviewing the literature and elucidating some typical cases, it indicates that reputation-damaging events, the organization, the stakeholders and the macro-environment are the primary factors which may influence the performance of the corporation reputation repair. Furthermore, it puts forward a multilevel multidimensional framework of the corporation reputation repair for the basis of the further research.
