  • Abstract
    To overcome the difficulty of field fault diagnosis in the complicated circumstance of construction machinery, the intelligent diagnosis terminal is implemented based on fuzzy logic. A brief description of fuzzy logic diagnosis theory is introduced. The general architecture and function are presented, and using embed database, server-client structure and PDA-based terminal to realize the function. The hardware consists of PDA (Personal digital assistant), cradle and multifunctional DAQ card. As well the software is developed to carry data acquisition, remote communication, data query and fault diagnosis. It is due to the modular structure, the terminal is easy to be updated and integrated with other field testing system.
