Abstract
Risks are unavoidable in IT outsourcing (ITO), and it is critical to rank and rate the risk for the success of ITO, which is an important role in the competence of organizations. This paper proposes a new integrated methodology, fuzzy rough group decision-making (FRGDM), to evaluate the aggressive risk in ITO based on transaction-cost theory. The method can improve the fairness and efficiency of risk evaluation, and is verified by a case in a large-scale nuclear power station
