  • Abstract
KLUBIOS(c) provides a modular, flexible research tool for signal processing and evaluation of all kind of cardiovascular and other biological signals. It is not available on a commercial basis. Up to 12 parallel channels at any time and bit resolution are handled. Data import formats include flat ASCII-files, ambulatory electrocardiograms (GeTeMed(R)) and animal telemetry (DSIR) formats. Capabilities include: graphical simultaneous multi window user interface; free creation of variables; smoothing and filtering algorithms; detection and characterization of waveforms and events; user driven graphical validation; linear and nonlinear methods to characterize average and variability of the extracted variables; result to data base export. This software is a tool for several research purposes and not ready to use by unskilled operators
