Title :
A 60GHz direct-conversion CMOS receiver
Author_Institution :
California Univ., Los Angeles, CA, USA
Abstract :
A direct-conversion receiver incorporates folded microstrip lines to create resonance at 60GHz in a common-gate LNA and active mixers. Realized in 0.13 μm CMOS technology, it provides a voltage gain of 28dB with 12.5dB NF while consuming 9mW from a 1.2V supply.
