How to crack “resource curse”?

The phenomenon of resource curse means a wrong selection of developmental model, which stems from unreasonable institutions not the fault of abundant resource. A good institutional arrangement can coordinate manufacturing sector and resources sector and make natural resources become an economic booster to sustainable development, no longer a "resource curse." In the case, stagnation of economy development because of resource exhaustion will disappear. This paper tries to explore the reason of formation of resource curse in order to giving suggestion of success transformation of economy resource-based.
