Abstract :
Under the background of Inter-organizational cooperation extensively existed, the development and implementation of organizational Information systems planning (ISP) has to deeply consider the current and future needs, the internal and external resources available, and the organizational and inter-organizational applications. The IT strategy should be flexible and scalable for further expansion of applications and further development of application standards. ISP should focus on the formation of information systems norms, centralized management of information resources, systems integration, information technology security, etc. Integration of business processes from various organizations and effective communication among staffs with different organizational culture are also the key points.
