Taking Hunan Province as an example, this paper calculates the index of rural logistics development level with Principal component analysis and builds a regression model with two variables which proves that the supply improvement of rural logistics can give great impetus to rural economic growing. Then this paper advances some related propositions to promote the development of rural logistics in Hunan Province.
