Abstract :
This paper presents the 70 kW inverter dedicated for future aeronautical applications in the frame of the MOET program, a FP6 European Integrated Project. Design considerations, principle of operation and experimental results will be presented hereunder. For DC to AC conversion, technologies improvements and specific integration allow reducing weight and volume and increase the power density up to 5 kW per kilogram.
