Harmonious labor relations is a core elements to upgrade the overall competitiveness while participation management is the cornerstone of constructing harmonious labor relations for multinational enterprise. The effective implementation of participation management must emphasize four equal attentions: the principle discussion as well as the pragmatic implementation, the psychological conditions as well as the legal conditions, the enforcement of mechanism as well as the construction of mechanism, and also the improvement of the staff as well as the anticipation of the staff. Hence, the study on the labor relations of multinational enterprise has extensive significance and high values of practical application.
