Abstract :
In this study, a three-phase three-switch buck rectifier with high step-up converter arranged in cascaded form is presented. A two-stage boost converter is modified to include a voltage multiplier cell. The simulation and experimental results are also presented. It is found that the converter shows very high DC voltage gain, near unity power factor and low current THD compared to single stage boost converter.
