  • Abstract
    In recent years, the requirement for the accuracy, performance and stability of the gas sensors is increased in industrial production, home security, environmental monitoring and medical fields, so the research and development of gas sensors are also increasingly important. Many existing sensors such as electrochemical gas sensors have low accuracy and poor stability which can not satisfy the needs of the society. According to the deficiencies of the existing gas sensors, through designing the rational structure of the chamber and the technique of weak signal detection, this paper designed a CO2 gas concentration sensor based on NDIR method with the advantages of good stability, high precision, fast response, simple and compact structure, etc.
