Abstract :
In the paper, forecast theory is taken into the running quality management of the communication network. The paper discusses some forecast methods, and develops an improved FCBP (Fast Convergence Back Propagation) model. Based on it, the forecast model of the running quality management is designed and implemented. Finally, the comparison between the real data and the stimulation shows that the improved model is more precise than others.
