Divided into resource weaved subsystem, capable of operating subsystem and cultural security subsystem, a theoretical framework of the reconfigurable competitive system was developed. The compositions and interrelationships of the three subsystems, including eight competition units internally, were analyzed and demonstrated; Boolean matrices yielded between the eight competition units when the system reconfigured were established to caculate and analyze how the units interact under different conditions and even the ways of the performances, thus realizing the interaction-mechanism simulation of the units. The critical was how the competition units affected each other and became effective in the reconfiguring. The processes and results show that the positions or the roles of the units during the reconfiguring are not exactly the same, the human resource unit is one of the most dominant and creative units.
