  • Abstract
    The trigger mechanism is a key technology to ensure synchronous action between instruments, so it has an important significance to do research on and achieve the LXI trigger mechanism in improving the performance of LXI automated test system. Refer to the synchronization and trigger model, designs an overall implementation based on ARM and FPGA and tells implementation process of each trigge mode, as well it analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Finally takes a verification of functions and performance on each trigger method.
