Abstract :
Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve plays an important role in maintaining the ecological balance of the Tibet Plateau. It is an important place for biodiversity protection. Several Institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences, collaborated with Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve, have carried out joint research in Qinghai Lake area. With video cameras installed in this region, a lot of precious video data of rare animals have been accumulated. Mobile Internet provides users the ability to visit Network anywhere and anytime. It is necessary for Qinghai Lake Nature Reserve to provide the public the way to access these valuable and attractive videos through mobile Internet. In this paper, we implement such a system. We detail the system architecture and implementation. At the end of this paper, we look forward the future work.
