Abstract :
Inter-Organizational Information Systems (IOS) project implementation is the process of seeking dynamic balance among various organizations´ strategies and structures, pursuing the specific project goals based on organizations´ mutual cooperation while following each other´s information systems strategy with the of adopting of IT to support inter-organizational communication, and establishing the application portfolio in which information systems align with inter-organizational business processes. The paper discussed the five steps of IOS project implementation as, pre-project preparation, requirements and information norms, information sharing mechanism, application mode, system implementation, etc.
