Abstract :
There are a lot of isoflavone in soybean whey wastewater. To separation isoflavones from soybean whey wastewater, the magnetic AB-8 resin was prepared and adsorption characters were studied. The adsorptive isotherms were correlated with Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm equation, The adsorption kinetics modelwas correlated with qe=alnt+b. The suitable operation conditions were as following: stiring rate 200 r/min, temperature 293 K, pH7.5 and time 240 min. In these conditions, the adsorption qe was 2.54 mg/g. After 5 times adsorption test, Reproducibility of magnetic resin still at 92.3%.
