In different stage of development, Enterprises human resource development strategy is different. This paper reviews the definition of e-commerce, combining research needs, defines the scope of e-commerce enterprises, and clarifies the research object. Then, it follows the enterprise life cycle theory, divided e-commerce enterprises life cycle into inception, development and maturity stages, studies on ecommerce enterprise life cycle characteristics. And then, in view of the different development stages, it explores that ecommerce enterprises should be taken different human resource development strategy, in order to guide e-commerce enterprise sustainable growth.
