Development of an educational standard of higher education for ICT sphere

Traditional development methods of structure and content of specialists´ training, which are characteristic for many areas of sciences and technique, are ineffective for such dynamic area, as the sphere of ICT. He paper considers the formation questions of structure and content of the subject field of higher education for the sphere of ICT.
