Abstract :
In recent years, the vigorous development of the national economy is gradually increasing requirements on the quality of services by property enterprises. More and more individuals begin to pay attention to the service quality of property companies. This article proposed a service platform model to evaluate the service quality of property companies and explained the implementation of certain functions.
