Agricultural E-commerce is revolution in the traditional agricultural economy which is to promote the importance of agricultural industrialization model. Heilongjiang is a major agricultural province, and the country´s major commodity grain base, high rate of agricultural products, therefore select the appropriate E-business model which is an effective way to promote the circulation of agricultural products. In this paper, the concept of E-commerce for the agricultural setting, analysis of the Heilongjiang Agricultural E-commerce development status, the main mode and the existing system of blocking factors, that E-commerce in farm produce in Heilongjiang is relatively weak, could open up tremendous space in this. Based on them that proposed E-commerce development of Heilongjiang agricultural countermeasures.
