The logistics supplier selection is a key step in supply chain management. The paper analyze the advantage and disadvantage of traditional supplier selection at first from three respects, Have confirmed the index system of the supplier selection from three respects, and determine the weight of every index according to entropy weight. Then set up dynamical set pair analysis model on the basis of the characteristic of the logistics supplier selection, the model offer a new thinking for our overall and objective appraisal to logistics supplier.
