    Firstly, this paper established the charging model of logistics information platform and developed pricing strategies by two-stage strategy of incentive Stackelberg strategy. Based on the strategy, customers provide their plans of service demand of their own needs to the boss. The boss charges a little lower for the information which is less than the planned and a little higher for the information that is more than planned. At the same time, we analyzed the two-stage strategy.
