In post-crisis period, with the fluctuation in global economic recovery, the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of China´s enterprises will be confronted with the rare opportunity as well as the enormous challenge. The following paper, using SWOT analysis method, comprehensively analyzes strengths, weaknesses of, and the confronted opportunities and threats for the mergers and acquisitions of China´s enterprises in post-crisis period. On the basis of the above analysis, suggestions are put forth to the enterprises and the government.
