Since the world has gone through the changes of industrial economy to knowledge economy and internet knowledge explosion, the centers of enterprise operations have also been switched from real property assets to intangible assets and consumer anticipations. This research was aimed to base on the studies on the relations of intangible assets and real estate values through knowledge discovery to improve product quality, enhance added-values and upgrade customer satisfaction for the accomplishment of the goal for sustainable development. It is hoped to study if applying knowledge to intangible asset and real estate values may help enhance the competitiveness of real estate industry. Through related analysis and regression model as well as application of balanced scoreboards, it was aimed to study the application of knowledge discovery to real estate values as well as its impacts on developers, consumers and real estate agents. Should the enterprises change the existing patterns and move forward to strategic alliances, it shall help create a win-win situation.
