The development of language education information system on the basis of the theory of effective education environment

With the further classification of university foreign language education and the growing development of General English (GE), English for Specific Purpose (ESP) and English for Liberal Education (ELE), how to develop specific language education systems to satisfy particular learning needs and to construct the effective learning environment, has drawn growing attention from more and more experts.
