Globalization becomes the great impetus force for development of current economy for international corporates. More and more Chinese companies takes concern about the trends of globalization, and many companies tries to explore opportunities for going abroad. In this process, the poor Chinese stereotype has become an important factors for affecting globalization of Chinese companies. This paper, focusing on the review of related theory of country of origin, identified research topics and presented a guideline for research on "China of origin" problem.
