Abstract
In this paper, we construct a dynamic mobile business model of the Telecommunication Operator on the mobile business background. The necessity condition of the optimal user´s number and business´s price are determined by optimal control theory. The stable analysis of the dynamic system is made. Finally, an empirical analysis is presented by using the business development data of HongKong Mobile Ltd. of China Mobile Ltd.
