Take industry clusters as targets, this thesis expounds the conception of the group collaboration innovation mechanism, analyses the affecting factors of the group collaboration innovation mechanism of the industry clusters: the web structure of the industry clusters, the level of collaboration between the members of the industry clusters and the innovation ability of the enterprise itself. Then it gives the evaluation index system of the group collaboration innovation mechanism. It combines the AHP method and the fuzzy mathematics to analyze the weight of the factors in the mechanism. Finally, it provides the method to improve the innovation mechanism of the industry clusters.
