  • Abstract
    It is shown that correlation matrices and normalized correlation matrices are applied in solving of static and dynamic identification problems for diagnostics and prediction of technical condition and seismic stability of high-rise buildings and building structures. Specific characteristics and properties of those matrices are determined.
