Abstract :
This paper discusses an innovative new partnership between the Science and Technology Wing (STWing), a residential living-learning program and the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS), a school within the University of Pennsylvania, USA. The experiment will run for two years, at the end of which time it will be evaluated and used as a model for future partnerships with other schools and institutions at the University
