Abstract
A general overview of the Mini-Gregorian project is presented. The ´Mini-Gregorian´ is a subreflector feed system intended to accomplish two primary goals. The first is to demonstrate the validity of the synthesis and analysis methods used to design the new subreflector feed system for the Arecibo telescope. The second is to provide a feed system at frequencies above 3 GHz, where construction of line feeds is nearly impossible. The Mini will also provide verification of the surface accuracy of the spherical primary and a diagnostic tool for the effects of aperture blockage.<>
