Preliminary study on the transformation of local university technological achievements

With the profound transformation of the implementation of the plan and the mode of economic development to promote the innovation ability of University, university technology transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements faces new opportunities and challenges. In this paper, taking Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example, the transformation mode of local university technology transferred technological achievements, to further promote the transformation of university technology transfer and technological achievements, to promote scientific and technological achievements into social transformation and industrialization, the economic and social development.
