Abstract :
The paper studies on development and application of the Web-based multi-media teaching system of football rules by methods of courseware development, investigation and teaching experiments. Teaching experiment showed the experience group was better than the contrast group in test of cognition. The questionnaire showed the feasibility of applying the teaching system.
