Interest harmonization of stakeholders in industry — university research cooperation is one power to keep a sustainable development of industry — university research cooperation. Under the Stakeholder Theory, we study the stakeholder composition, the interest demands of each stakeholder and the interest relationship between main stakeholders in this paper. We also put forward proposals to promote the development of industry — university research cooperation based on the results we found in the paper.
