We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper we use error propagation law of error theory to estimate uncertainty propagation of the income approach, which is caused by uncertain value of net income and capitalization rate. Uncertainty estimation can measure the reliability of appraisal results, and perfect real estate appraisal theory.
